1. Shipping Areas & Availability
Our delivery services are currently only available for Delhi NCR. We do not offer shipping outside this region at the moment.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders placed will be delivered the next day between 1 PM - 6 PM.
• No deliveries on Sundays.

3. Delivery Charges

• A flat delivery fee of Rs. 49 applies to all orders.

4. Delivery Method

• We use our in-house delivery team to ensure the freshness and quality of our products.

5. Unavailability at Delivery

• If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery and no alternate contact number is provided, we will bring the order back.
• A redelivery fee will apply if the customer requests reattempted delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If the order is damaged during transit, the customer has the right to reject the order at the time of delivery.
• If the package is spoiled or incorrect, customers can perform a quality check upon delivery and reject the order if necessary.

7. Return Shipping Costs

• If a return is required, Microgreens will bear the cost of return shipping.
