    We offer a variety of products, including exotic fruits, vegetables, edible flowers, gift hampers, Ready-To-Eat & DIY products. Our pricing is dynamic and fluctuates based on factors such as:

    • Time remaining until expiry
    • Inventory levels
    • Demand & current market conditions
      Discounts & offers are displayed on the website and are subject to change at any time.

  • 4. Payment Methods
    We accept the following payment methods:

    • Razorpay
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • UPI

  • 5. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery Areas: Currently, we only deliver to Delhi NCR.
    • Delivery Schedule: Orders placed will be delivered next day between 1 PM - 6 PM.
    • Delivery Charges: A flat fee of Rs. 49 applies to all deliveries.
    • Non-Delivery Days: No deliveries on Sundays.
    • Delays or Failed Deliveries: Customers will be notified via email/call in case of delays or failed deliveries. (SMS notifications may be added in the future.)

  • 6. Returns, Refunds & Quality Assurance

    • Customers must check product quality at the time of delivery.
    • Refunds/exchanges can only be requested at the time of delivery.
    • Our products come with freshness guarantees and are backed by the following certifications:
    • Natural Variations Disclaimer: As these are natural products, color, ripeness, and appearance may slightly vary.

  • 7. Order Cancellations

    • Cancellations must be made on call before dispatch.
    • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
